Walking and exercising is good for the whole body psychologically, it improves our mood, you lose weight already. for example we went for a walk in Kalyvia we walked for 30 minutes 2 kilometers we were in the square which is decorated for the holidays we passed outside the supermarket we saw the well that produces water like a fountain. Walking on the carabiner helps us to relax and see our city. it's fun and healthy.
